- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

5. Payments and Billing

- All payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as our Merchant of Record. This provider handles billing, payment processing, tax collection and remittance, and issuing invoices and receipts on our behalf.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
- All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. The applicable tax rate is calculated based on your location.
- We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

- Because Ottly operates on a usage-based model, refund amounts may be prorated based on resources consumed during the billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OTTLY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. 10. Termination
